Sarah Jackson,
Chief Executive Officer
With over 20 years of global communications experience, Sarah has led reputation-shaping campaigns across the creator economy, media and technology sectors. She has worked with leading podcast networks and media platforms including Acast, Audioboom and FlightStory, as well as high-growth technology brands and entertainment companies.
Her wider portfolio includes global names such as Disney, Universal Pictures, Ubisoft, Microsoft and IKEA, alongside scale-up and challenger brands looking to build authority in competitive markets.
Having worked across Europe, the Middle East and North America, Sarah brings a transatlantic perspective to every brief. Through Sundaze, she focuses on helping ambitious, future-facing brands build profile, credibility and long-term cultural relevance.

Monica brings a wealth of experience spanning more than 20 years from the worlds of lifestyle, entertainment and fashion to Sundaze.
Her career began at the BBC, producing award-winning shows on BBC Radio 1 & BBC 1Xtra. Transitioning into talent promotion and event management, Monica later secured a role at a transatlantic PR and events company, with clients such as Roisin Murphy, MTV, and Nike. Getting a taste of the US market, Monica headed over to Los Angeles, California and landed a role working alongside one of Hollywood's leading comedy publicists, overseeing the careers of prominent stars, including Will Ferrell.
