Led by Sarah Jackson and Molly DeMellier, the agency cements its position as a trusted partner for US brands building the creator economy.

London & New York, May 20, 2025 — Sundaze PR, the transatlantic public relations agency founded by Sarah Jackson, has appointed Molly DeMellier as Chief Operating Officer. Sharpening Sundaze’s focus on representing technology brands powering the creator economy, Jackson will now serve as CEO with DeMellier driving growth and operations across the agency’s US and UK presence.

DeMellier joins Sundaze following her role as Marketing and PR Director at Acast, US, bringing deep expertise across audio, tech and the creator space. Her appointment marks a strategic move for Sundaze as it scales its offering and deepens its presence in North America.

Sundaze was founded over two years ago when Jackson left her role as the Global Head of PR at Acast, and has since built a reputation for active, intentional PR grounded in strong storytelling, media relationships and a global outlook. With DeMellier on board, the agency is now doubling down on working with B2B brands in the creator tech stack—the platforms, tools and infrastructure enabling the modern creator economy.

“With Molly joining as COO, and our growing portfolio of creator tech clients, this next chapter is about doubling down on what we do best: delivering standout communications for the brilliant brands helping creators grow, scale, and be heard globally, said Sarah Jackson, CEO of Sundaze. “There’s a huge gap for supporting this industry with quality communications and we’re building an agency tailored to fill it.”

According to Goldman Sachs, the creator economy is expected to nearly double in size to $480 billion by 2027. A major driver is the continued rise of technology products and brands that make processes more cost-effective and more efficient for creators—many of which have become household names as they build their own media ecosystems independent of more traditional media outlets.

“Creator-tech brands are fueling the future of content, community and commerce, yet are underserved when it comes to strategic, impactful communications,” said Molly DeMellier, COO of Sundaze. “The strong foundation Sarah has built at Sundaze, plus our three decades’ combined experience, make us well positioned to help these brands and the visionary leaders behind them develop purposeful communications strategies that ensure they are not left behind as this industry takes flight.”

Sundaze is already working with clients including Adelicious, FlightStory, Larj Media, Slipstream, Sounds Profitable and Wondercraft.
