Qube confirms 1 October opening for Shoreditch – its largest clubhouse for the creator economy

Purpose-built clubhouse for independent creators and creative businesses takes over the former Vice headquarters, becoming Qube’s fifth London location.

London, UK – 17 August 2026: Qube has confirmed that its new Shoreditch venue will officially open on 1 October. Designed as the clubhouse for the creator economy, Qube's fifth London location, on the site of the former Vice headquarters, is opening with 40% of its private office space already secured ahead of launch. The waitlist is also now open for both individual creators and creative businesses to register their interest.
The Shoreditch location on Scrutton Street, comes as demand continues to grow from both individuals and creative businesses seeking access to Qube's studios, workspaces and curated membership offering. At 34,000 square feet, Qube Shoreditch is the clubhouse’s largest site and its most ambitious to date, bringing together private offices, podcast, music and DJ studios, meeting rooms and an event space all under one roof.
Qube clubhouses have been designed for the way modern creative businesses operate. Members can record podcasts, music and video content, host client meetings, collaborate with fellow creators, run events and work from co-working areas, all within a single building. Today, Qube has grown to more than 1,000 active members across five London locations – Acton, Canary Wharf, Elephant & Castle, Hackney Wick and now Shoreditch. Its facilities are trusted by organisations including YouTube, TikTok, Warner Music Group, Universal Music Group and COLORS, while artists and creators including Lewis Capaldi, Tems, Ellie Goulding and James Hype have all recorded or worked from Qube.
The Qube Shoreditch opening comes as more creators build sustainable businesses around their content and more companies bring production in-house, increasing demand for purpose-built spaces around creation rather than traditional office working.
Qube’s Shoreditch location includes:
34 Private office suites for creative businesses
Three professionally designed podcast and video studios
13 Meeting rooms and presentation spaces
6 Production studios
2 DJ studios
A dedicated event space for up to 80 people
A members' lounge, bar and terrace
Events calendar and networking opportunities
Qube was founded by Amin Hamzianpour and Nicholas Sonuga after the pair met in a basement recording studio and realised they shared the same frustration: creating meant constantly moving between studios, coffee shops, meeting rooms and office spaces that were never designed for the way modern creators actually work. They built Qube to bring everything together under one roof as a permanent clubhouse for creators and creative businesses.
Nicholas Sonuga, Chief Development Officer & Co-Founder of Qube, said: "We didn't set out to build another workspace. We wanted to create the place we wished had existed when we were starting out. Somewhere you could record, work, meet clients and be surrounded by people building exciting things of their own. A media company used to work here, selling to advertisers. Now it's going to be hundreds of creators and creative teams, in the same building, running into each other.”
Amin Hamzianpour, CEO & Co-Founder of Qube, said: "Creators aren't hobbyists any more. They have teams, clients and revenue, and the places built to support them never caught up. You need the tools and you need the connections, and until now that meant going to different places for each. Qube Shoreditch is the first time we've put all of it in one building.
From day one, our ambition has been to create a home where creators and creative businesses can build, collaborate and scale together. Seeing 40% of our founding office resident spaces gone at Qube Shoreditch before we've even opened tells us there's real demand for what we are facilitating."
Unlike traditional members' clubs, Qube's membership is centred around creative output rather than lifestyle, and open to ambitious creators, founders, agencies, music companies and media businesses. Individual membership is application-based and members gain access to professional production facilities, co-working, events and networking opportunities. Each membership includes a monthly allocation of studio credits that can be used to book spaces via the Qube app, alongside access to member facilities and events across all Qube locations.
Private office residents also benefit from a simple all-inclusive monthly fee covering rent, utilities and business rates, alongside discounted access to podcast studios, music production studios, DJ booths, meeting rooms and event spaces across the Qube network.
Waitlist is now open for both membership and the remaining private offices ahead of the official opening on 1 October.
